The method of entry for all shows at All Points East.


You will receive an email from your point of purchase when your tickets are ready, once you’ve received this email please download the app, and sign in to My Tickets using the credentials you purchased your tickets with - further details below.
An easy, convenient, flexible option, the APE app means there are no paper tickets, and you can quickly enter the event with the app, available on both iOS and Android.
At the entrance, please show your ticket via the APE app.
It’s no different to boarding a plane – your ticket will live in your phone – making it an easy start to your day at All Points East.

Your point of purchase will be in touch, via email, when your tickets are available to view in the app. Once you receive this email, please download the APE app and navigate to ‘My Tickets’ and sign in.
If you purchased via AXS, please use the login details associated with your ticket purchase. You will then be able to view your tickets in the ‘Upcoming’ tab.
If you purchased via Ticketmaster, enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. You will then be sent a verification code to that email - please check your Junk folder if you don’t receive it.
Enter the verification code when prompted in My Tickets, you will then be able to view your tickets in the app.
If you are an AXS customer, please ensure you are using the same login credentials you used to purchase the tickets with when signing in. If you are still having issues, please contact AXS Customer Service.

Tickets will be able to be transferred 30 days before the event. Once activated, you can use the ‘Transfer’ option within My Tickets. Please ensure you have entered the correct email address when transferring tickets - the email address must be associated with an AXS account for the transferee to view their tickets. Please note ticket transfers can not be undone once sent.
Once tickets have been transferred to you, you will receive a notification by email. You must have an AXS account associated with the email address your tickets were transferred to. You will then be able to view the tickets in the APE app, provided you sign in with that same email address.
Screenshots of tickets will not scan and will not be accepted for entry, as the QR codes on the tickets will refresh every 59 seconds.
