All Points East FAQs

If you have lost an item, in the first instance please check the lost property tent next to Welfare / Info.

If your item has not been found, complete the form on this link with as much information as possible, including any distinguishing features that will identify you as the owner.

Gates close at 20:30 for all shows, and the Box Office will close at 20:00. Please make sure you’re onsite in advance of these times in case of queues.

There is no re-admission to All Points East after entry. Please plan ahead, once you’re in, you’re in!

We have updated our bag policy so we can carry out efficient security screening. Only one bag is allowed per person. All persons and bags will be subject to search on entry. It’s better for everyone if you do not bring a bag at all. If you do need to bring a bag, an A4 size bag (297mm x 210mm x 210mm) is permitted.

Seats and chairs of any kind not permitted into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats.

We will have a wide range of food traders and bars serving beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. If you have a food intolerance, several of our food vendors will offer suitable meals based on your requirements, but these may not be suitable for visitors with allergies - please head to the First Aid & Welfare Area if you cannot find what you want and they will point you in the right direction.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into All Points East with the exception of an empty reusable water bottle to fill up on site or water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml.

We operate a challenge 25 policy across all bars so please be prepared to show ID when buying alcohol. If you cannot show a valid ID you will be refused service.

Customers who pre-paid for merchandise for All Points East 2025 can collect their merch from the Main Merchandise collection point, which is located by the X Stage, beside the Casamigos and Johnnie Walker stand.

Merchandise can be collected after the gates open on each day of the show.

Any uncollected merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged, and any merch will NOT be posted out in the mail.

When picking up merchandise, please be prepared to present your confirmation number/email, photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the merchandise. Merchandise will only be released to the credit card holder in person.

Free Access Events FAQs

Sunday 17 August: Free Entry Summer Party with Pete Tong: 12:00 – 21:30

Monday 18 August – Wednesday 20 August: In The NBHD: 10:00 – 21:00

All ages welcome, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over. Some activities may have age restrictions, which will be advertised in publicity or at point of entry.

Yes, buggies and pushchairs are permitted.

Yes, you can bring camping chairs to our free access events but please be aware that we may restrict camping chairs / stools in stage areas.

You are welcome to bring picnics to In the Neighbourhood, for personal consumption. Please note that no glass is permitted anywhere in the event site at any time. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the event on Sunday 17th August, however small personal quantities of alcohol will be allowed at In The Neighbourhood during the midweek Monday 18th – Wednesday 20th August, providing it’s in non-glass containers. in non-glass containers is allowed at In the Neighbourhood. Please note, there are a wide variety of licensed bars and food stalls open throughout the event, as well as free water points. We operate a challenge 25 policy across all bars so please be prepared to show ID when buying alcohol. If you cannot show a valid ID you will be refused service.

There is no pre-booking for the outdoor cinema. Please arrive early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time within any areas of the site which are access controlled (such as the open-air cinema). Well behaved dogs on leads will be permitted outside of these areas.

Yes, please note due to security measures surrounding the free to access events, those using cross paths after 8am Monday 18th - Wednesday 20th August will be subject to a search and cyclists will be asked to dismount.
