APE 2025 Ticket Descriptions

General Admission

• The essentials for your experience at All Points East.
• General Admission standing ticket with entry through the main entrance.
• Explore the festival before the headliner arrives and enjoy the fantastic offerings the arena has to offer. Browse a number of superb bars, popular street food vendors and exciting experiences from our partners.
• Access to a number of facilities (including those for our accessibility customers) located in various easy-to-find positions around the main arena.

VIP Garden

• All Points East experience, elevated.
• Entry via our dedicated VIP lanes.
• Be the first to check out the site, with entry up to one hour before the gates open to General Admission customers.
• Access to main arena and VIP Garden, located in the heart of the action next to the East Stage.
• VIP Garden hosts a special bar, first class food, additional comfortable seating and enhanced facilities (including those for our accessibility customers).
• Explore All Points East before the headliner arrives and enjoy the fantastic offerings the arena has to offer. Browse a number of superb bars, popular street food vendors and exciting experiences from our partners.

VIP Garden + VIP Pit

• An extra special All Points East experience.
• Access to our exclusive VIP Pit, a standing viewing area to watch East Stage performances.
• Leave and return from the VIP Pit into general admission as you wish.
• Entry via our dedicated VIP lanes.
• Be the first to check out the site, with entry up to one hour before the gates open to General Admission customers.
• Access to main arena and VIP Garden, located in the heart of the action next to the East Stage.
• The VIP Garden hosts a special bar, first class food, additional comfortable seating and enhanced facilities (including those for our accessibility customers).
• Explore All Points East before the headliner arrives and enjoy the fantastic offerings the arena has to offer. Browse a number of superb bars, popular street food vendors and exciting experiences from our partners.

• All bookings will be subject to a £10 per order admin fee, £3 per order transaction fee + £0.80 sustainability levy.
• All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
• All confirmed buys will be invoiced at the current on sale price.
• Once your request has been submitted you will be contacted by the AEG Festival Ticketing team to confirm and invoice your order.
• Once confirmed, all ticket buys are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless in accordance with the ticket terms and conditions.
• PO must be sent to AEG within 48 hours of confirming the order.
• Tickets will be sent from AXS into your Fan Account once ticket dispatch has begun. You will receive a notification from either the AEG Festival Ticketing Team or AXS Tickets when your tickets are available to access.
