Terms & Conditions

The terms below (“Terms”) apply to your entry to (“Entry”) including any purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) sold by or on behalf of AEG Presents Ltd (“we”, “us” or “AEG”) in partnership with The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (“LBTH”) for All Points East(“APE”) taking place at Victoria Park, London (the “Site”). APE consists of a number of ticketed live music events, ticketed community events and other events and activities at the Site for which tickets are not required (each, an individual “Event”). These Terms shall apply to each Event as is applicable when having regard to the context and nature of the relevant Event, it being acknowledged that (and regardless of whether expressly specified in the Terms) certain of these Terms shall apply only to ticketed Events (and vice versa in respect of non-ticketed Events). Please note that by entering the Site, attending an Event and/or purchasing any Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the additional regulations of the Site found at: https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgnl/leisure_and_culture/parks_and_open_spaces/Byelaws-for-pleasure-grounds-public-walks-and-open-spaces.aspx and we therefore encourage you to check LBTH’s website. The Terms are as follows:

Age Restrictions: all ages welcome, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

The following restrictions will apply to your attendance at an Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused Entry or ejected from the Event (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated):

• Illegal substances including new psychoactive substances (commonly known as ‘legal highs’) and/or other drugs considered to be unsafe are strictly prohibited;• Air horns, selfie sticks, spray cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/items, fireworks, flags, gas canisters, hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners and the like; glass (of any kind), high-viz, klaxons and other similar items capable of making loud noise, laser pens, drones, pyrotechnics, weapons, explosives, knives or anything that could be adopted for use as a weapon, promotional or commercial objects, signs or materials, mechanical or electronic sound-emitting devices, such as megaphones, scooters, skateboards and bicycles are prohibited and any other items which we consider in our sole discretion may cause a disruption to the Event or to other patrons, or which may be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes) are prohibited;• Personalized motorised vehicles, except where required due to a disability, are not permitted;• Starting of fires, involvement in or throwing items into a fire is prohibited;• Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited;• Bicycles, skateboards or scooters are not permitted;• Golf or large umbrellas, parasols or similar items, tables, chairs and seats and are not permitted; and• Chairs or seats of any kind, including shooting sticks, are not permitted at any Event for safety reasons. Mobility aids will be accepted but please do not bring any seating with you to an Event as it will not be allowed into the Site.

• Suitcases, luggage and large bags (anything bigger than A4 sized bags - 297mm x 210mm x 210mm) are prohibited. Only one bag compliant with these dimensions is allowed per person. All persons and bags will be subject to search on Entry;

• You are welcome to bring picnics to free access events, for personal consumption. Please note that no glass is permitted anywhere in the event site at any time.

• Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the event on Sunday 17th August, however small personal quantities of alcohol will be allowed at In The Neighbourhood during the midweek Monday 18th – Wednesday 20th August, providing it’s in non-glass containers. in non-glass containers is allowed at In the Neighbourhood. Please note, there are a wide variety of licensed bars and food stalls open throughout the event, as well as free water points. We operate a challenge 25 policy across all bars so please be prepared to show ID when buying alcohol. If you cannot show a valid ID you will be refused service.

• All ages welcome, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

• Unauthorised professional or filming equipment (including go-pros and drones) are strictly prohibited.

• In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, AEG reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on Entry and exit, and to confiscate items which may in AEG’s opinion cause danger or disruption to an Event without compensation for confiscated items.

• Strictly no trading or other commercial activity including marketing, advertising or flyposting by any Event attendee will be allowed on the Site without the AEG’s prior written consent. Please note AEG will charge a fee for any approved commercial activity (including approved filming, photography and recording) on the Site.

• Admission is at the customers’ own risk. AEG and its affiliates and/or LBTH will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at an Event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the Event attendee or the actions of other patrons or third parties. AEG excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted at law.

• Event attendees may be ejected from an Event and reported to the Police if, in the reasonable opinion of AEG, the Event attendee poses a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples include being (or, in the opinion of AEG appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched, failing to comply with the reasonable instructions of Event officials or acting in breach of any of these Terms.

• Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event and the Site for the health and safety, prevention and detection of crime and/ you may be filmed for these purposes. We do not require your consent to film you and/or hold images/recordings of you where this is in accordance with legal requirements.

• Event attendees should also note that photographers and film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and/or purchasing Tickets, Event attendees consent to being photographed, being included in filmed and/or sound recordings(which may include you as a member of the audience) and the distribution of such content (commercial or otherwise) perpetually and throughout the world without any payment.

• It is against the law to smoke or vape in enclosed spaces at the Site, including in tents or other covered activations. Please observe the signage around the Site.

• Neither AEG nor LBTH will accept responsibility for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen during your attendance at an Event.

• In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.

• Please note that loud music can damage hearing.

• Please note that strobe lighting may be in use during the Event.

• When purchasing alcohol at an Event, you may be asked for proof of age.

• Event attendees acknowledge that any personal information collected by AEG at an Event or though the Event attendee’s use of the Event app shall be collected and held in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and AEG’s privacy policy: https://www.allpointseastfestival.com/info/privacy-notice/.

• Please note that AEG has the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time, and shall post the new version of such Terms on the website. By continuing to use the website, entering the Site or attending an Event, you signify your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by English Law and any dispute under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
