Step away from the festival buzz and discover a peaceful oasis in the heart of All Points East. As part of the free In The Neighbourhood programme, our welcoming drop-in meditation space offers a chance to relax, recharge and reconnect throughout the day.
Led by friendly volunteers from WeMeditate, these gentle guided sessions introduce thoughtless awareness meditation -a simple and accessible experience of mental silence, inner balance and deep rest.
Whether you’re looking for a quiet moment between activities, a way to reset your energy, or you’re completely new to meditation, everyone is welcome. Drop in whenever you like and stay for as little or as long as feels right.
