Orchestra of Objects
Part Doctor Seuss, a touch of Heath Robinson, and a dollop of garden shed inspiration. Ben uniquely invented musical instruments, an array of tooting, whistling, plinking, and parping gizmos made with inspiration from a wasteland of unwanted industrial objects. Orchestra of Objects offers a creative mix of fun play music, creating, and sound sculpture- building workshops that are not just educational but also guaranteed to put smiles on faces and melodies in minds. Ten interactive sound sculptures are arranged as a beautiful sound garden. All the instruments are designed to be played without guidance, and festivalgoers of all ages are welcome to explore making sounds, melodies, and grooves with these colourful harmonic instruments.
