WEDNESDAY 27 MAY - WELLBEING WEDNESDAY
During the lockdown, it’s vital that we take time for ourselves and boost our physical and mental wellbeing and so today to coincide with our celebration of In The Neighbourhood, we are collaborating with our friends at MoreYoga to bring you a free yoga class and a mindful flow session. MoreYoga have done an amazing job by keeping us zen during lockdown with their free online yoga sessions and we are so delighted that they have provided these sessions.
FREE YOGA CLASS
Join @becky_crepsley_fox from Moreyoga for an all-levels vinyasa flow class. By linking the breath to the movement Becky will lead you through a series of asanas to get your body stretched and engaged. This class is open to all levels as Becky will teach variations to suit everyone.

FREE MINDFUL FLOW
The lockdown has had an immense impact on our daily lives, which is why it is so important to take time to look after ourselves and our mental and physical wellbeing. With this in mind, our friends at More Yoga have kindly put together this mindfulness session. Join Dr. Stephanie Minchin @theyogapsychologist to learn about mindfulness, what it means for daily living, and how to apply it to an embodied practice through movement and yoga.
