Tuesday: 12:15 – 17:00 with classes at 13:00-13:30 and 15:00-15:30

Wednesday & Thursday: 10:15-15:30 with classes at 11:00-11:30 and 14:00-14:30

Thai Boxing Training is a very great way of staying fit and challenging yourself progressing your combat, self-defence skills.

Building on your confidence, self-esteem, coordination, flexibility, skills of explosive kicks and punches, and dynamic elbows and knee.

All levels welcome.
