Mobile ID is a digital ticketing system and is the only admission method for Luno presents All Points East. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter events with a quick scan of your ticket on an app. Mobile ID allows you to manage your tickets digitally.
Your digital ticket will be distributed via our primary ticketing partner, AXS. Once you receive notification, via email, that your tickets are ready to download, please head to the 'My Tickets' section of the app, and sign in using the email associated with your booking. If you purchased via another ticketing partner but are prompted to login with a password, this indicates you have purchased with AXS before. Please use your existing AXS credentials to access your tickets.
Once you’re logged in, your tickets will appear in the My Tickets section of the app. Your ticket includes a dynamically changing barcode system, which ensures that the tickets cannot be copied or shared illegally, emphasising our ongoing commitment to combating touts.
Use the ‘Transfer’ option to send tickets to other members of your party.
How can I download my tickets to the app?
Your point of purchase will be in touch via email when your tickets are available to download to the app. Once you receive the notification, please download the APE app, go to ‘My Tickets’ and enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. Follow the steps to download your ticket.
How do I transfer my ticket/s to someone else?
Once you have downloaded your tickets to the app, open ‘My Tickets’ and tap ‘Transfer’. Enter the email address of the person you would like to transfer your tickets to, making sure it’s the correct email. Both yourself and the person you have transferred your ticket/s to will receive a notification by email. The person you have transferred your tickets to will then be able to view the tickets in the APE app.
I can’t download the app. How do I access my ticket?
Please contact your point of purchase and they can advise on how to proceed.
When will set times be available?
All set times are now viewable in the app. Please head to '2022 Lineup & Set Times > Schedule' to view.
